This letter accompanies my formal claim to cover the cost of repairing my car , 1980 Toyota Corolla , after we were in the highway and I reversed into MS Wongs 2018 BMW. This incident happen when traffic frees up. I heard a massive thumb right on my bumper of black beauty 1980’s Toyota Corolla which didn’t think could be the my fault cause im a amazing driver. I got out of the car and the small Asian got out of the the 2018 new BMW annoyed as hell, I got back in the car put the car from reverse into first gear and left the scene, finishing off the morning brew of beer for Monday morning.
I am hoping to get a financial sattlement from the at-fault driver (ms wong) insurance company, but I need my motorveircle for work, so have it repaired as soon as. In spite of this, I have included the bills for repair and request that you pay out the amount of $20,000 for this I can pay a couple of bucks towards this but seeing i was not in the wrong you can pay most of the cost.
I am sincerely sorry for your car getting in the way of my reversing Monday morning. I was running late to school and had to leave right away. I am pleased to see nobody injured from this incident. I happy to contribute to a little bit of the cost, due to the accident having both of us not pay attention to road. I hope we can learn from this is the near future.
